Process¶
Every Blueprint project follows the same six-stage workflow, from initial fit check to live deployment and ownership transfer.
Each stage has a defined input, a defined output, and a clear condition before moving forward. Nothing is skipped.
Delivery Stages¶
01 · Intake & Fit Check
Confirm project type, scope, and tier before any work begins.
02 · Discovery
Define goals, audience, content readiness, and required sections. Scope is locked here.
03 · Structure & Sitemap
Build and approve the navigation hierarchy and content map before any visual work begins.
04 · Build
Implement the responsive static layout, typography system, and all deliverables including HTML report conversion if included.
05 · Review & Revisions
Refine clarity, organization, and presentation within agreed scope boundaries.
06 · Deployment & Handover
Publish to production, run final checks, confirm payment, and transfer ownership.
Timeline by Tier¶
| Tier | Scope | Standard Delivery | Priority Delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 – Personal Presence | Up to 4 sections | 3–5 working days | 2–3 working days |
| Tier 2 – Project Documentation | Up to 8 sections | 5–7 working days | 3–4 working days |
| Tier 3 – Research Documentation | Up to 12 sections | 7–10 working days | 4–6 working days |
Timelines begin after content is submitted and structure is approved. Delays in feedback or content delivery will extend the timeline accordingly.
What This Process Protects¶
Scope Control
Each stage is locked before the next begins. Out-of-scope additions are quoted separately before any implementation.
Quality Assurance
Defined validation conditions at each stage prevent rework later.
Predictable Delivery
Clear milestones and documented handover reduce uncertainty for both sides.
