01 · Intake & Fit Check¶
No project begins without a confirmed fit. This stage ensures the correct tier is selected, expectations are aligned, and scope is realistic before any time is committed on either side.
What Gets Confirmed¶
Project Type
Portfolio, project documentation, research documentation, or CV template. The correct tier is identified here.
Scope Fit
Confirm the project falls within static website scope. Dynamic systems, authentication, and databases fall outside Blueprint services.
Timeline Feasibility
Verify that the requested deadline is achievable given current availability and content readiness.
Add-On Requirements
Identify any add-ons needed upfront, including bilingual setup, custom domain, HTML report conversion, or priority delivery.
What You Prepare¶
Project Type
Portfolio, academic documentation, research documentation, or CV template.
Section or Page Count
An estimate of how many sections or pages the site will require.
Deadline
Your preferred launch date or submission deadline.
Special Requirements
Bilingual setup, custom domain, HTML report conversion, or any additional requirements.
Output of This Stage¶
- Confirmed project tier
- Agreed add-ons and total scope
- Response within 2 business days
Once intake is confirmed, the project moves to Discovery.
