Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1/3/2026

These Terms of Service govern the services provided by Blueprint by ShougTech.

By requesting, approving, or proceeding with a project, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Blueprint provides structured static website development services, including:

  • Portfolio websites
  • Academic documentation websites
  • Workshop or course landing pages

Services are limited to static website architecture.

The following are not included:

  • Backend systems
  • Databases
  • Authentication systems
  • E-commerce systems
  • Custom web applications
  • Ongoing hosting or technical maintenance unless explicitly agreed in writing

Any request outside the confirmed package scope is considered new work and may require additional fees.

2. Project Workflow

Projects follow a structured delivery process:

  1. Client submits required content and materials
  2. Scope and structure are confirmed
  3. First draft is delivered
  4. Included revision rounds are completed
  5. Final version is approved
  6. Payment is completed
  7. Handover and deployment transfer occur

Failure to provide required content or feedback may pause or delay the project timeline.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due after final approval and before project handover.

Handover includes:

  • Final source files or repository transfer
  • Deployment confirmation
  • Domain connection (if applicable)

The Studio reserves the right to withhold final files, repository access, or deployment credentials until full payment is received.

All payments are non-refundable once final approval has been granted.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The client retains ownership of all content they provide.
  • The client receives rights to use the final website deliverable.
  • The Studio retains ownership of underlying templates, structural systems, and reusable components.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Studio may display completed work for portfolio and case study purposes.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete content
  • Ensuring they have rights to all submitted materials
  • Reviewing drafts within a reasonable timeframe
  • Providing clear and actionable feedback

The Studio is not responsible for verifying factual, academic, or professional claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blueprint provides structured digital presentation services only.

The Studio is not liable for:

  • Content accuracy or academic evaluation outcomes
  • Hosting provider outages or platform changes
  • Domain registration issues
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from website use

Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the project.

7. Termination

The Studio reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue a project if:

  • The scope expands beyond agreement
  • Content is illegal, plagiarized, or inappropriate
  • The client violates these Terms
  • Communication becomes unreasonable or abusive

In such cases, work completed up to that point may be invoiced accordingly.

8. Acceptance of Terms

Proceeding with a project confirms acceptance of these Terms of Service.
