Clients are solely responsible for all content provided for their project.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Text and written materials
  • Images, graphics, and diagrams
  • Project descriptions and case details
  • Academic claims and research statements
  • External links and references
  • Logos, branding elements, and third-party assets

Blueprint Studio provides structure and presentation services only. Content accuracy remains the responsibility of the client.

Content Rights & Permissions

By submitting materials, the client confirms that:

  • They own or have legal permission to use all provided content.
  • The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
  • The content does not contain plagiarism or misrepresentation.
  • The content complies with applicable laws and institutional policies.

Blueprint Studio does not independently verify authorship, academic validity, or licensing rights.

AI-Generated or Third-Party Content

If AI-generated content, stock images, templates, or third-party materials are used, the client is responsible for:

  • Confirming usage rights
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing terms
  • Verifying originality and attribution requirements

Academic Integrity

For academic projects, the client is responsible for:

  • Ensuring submission compliance with institutional rules
  • Confirming originality of research and written work
  • Meeting all academic honesty standards

Blueprint Studio is not responsible for grading outcomes or institutional review decisions.

Limitation of Liability

The Studio is not liable for:

  • Legal disputes arising from submitted content
  • Intellectual property claims
  • Academic misconduct claims
  • Misrepresentation or factual inaccuracies
  • Consequences resulting from third-party use of provided materials

All responsibility for content remains with the client.
